Poudel discharged from hospital

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Vice President Ram Chandra Paudel was discharged from the hospital on Thursday after underoing a successful surgery for piles, according to personal aide Chiranjivi Adhikari.[break]

He had been receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital at Maharajgunj. A medical team led by Dr Ramesh Singh Bhandari was involved in the surgery.
