Gachchhadar also opined that the formation of new government is possible only if a new prime minister is elected through a new process.
"Maoists still do not want to give up their arms and the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML have lust for power,” he said. He also asked the major three parties to clear the field to let Madhes-based parties to form a new government.
