BIRATNAGAR, Dec 14: Chairman of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Democratic), Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, has said that consensus was necessary among three major political parties on the national issues.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, Chairman Gachchhadar stressed the need of moving ahead towards constitution implementation by forging consensus with disgruntled parties after understanding among three major parties to end existing political stalemate of the country.
He also pointed out the need of holding election of the local bodies by amending different issues including delineation of the constitution as gained political achievement would be lost if the constitution is not implemented.
Chair Gachchhadar said, "Demands of Tharus of Kailali and Kanchanpur districts should be addressed as well as a separate province should be built by maintaining identity of Satar and Rajbanshi community of east if is necessary to amend the constitution."
He blamed the three major parties for playing duel role. Responding to query, Chairman Gachchhadar expressed the view that obstructing the Parliament proceedings by putting forth the demands in a democratic country should not be taken in another way. RSS
