KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Pokhara High Court has ordered to present Paul Shah in court within 15 days.
The court ordered both parties to testify in the child sexual abuse case against Paul Shah.
On Monday, a joint bench of Chief Judge Dilliraj Acharya and Judge Rishi Rajbhandari ordered both sides to surrender.
The District Court, Nawalparasi (East) had earlier ordered Shah to be kept in prison for two and a half years and provide Rs 1 million in compensation.
Both the District Attorney's Office and Paul Shah appealed to the Pokhara High Court against the decision. But the District Court Tanahun acquitted Paul Shah.
