The Prime Minister said there is a compulsion to bring the budget within the second week of November.

The political parties should give away the irresponsible and unaccountable conduct and allow the formation of the new Government or presentation of the full budget, he said.

Responding to a query, he said it is not a good trend for a caretaker government to bring the budget but considering the need of the nation it has now become a compulsion.

He however stressed on the need of an agreement among all the parties in order to bring the full budget.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister said the murderers of Education Officer Lal Kishore Jha must be brought to justice and added that the groups involved in murder, kidnappings and extortion can never be a political group.
