"Tihar plays a vital role to maintain a managed society with human values," Oli said adding, "However, evil activities in the name of these festivals must be avoided as they don't represent our culture and tradition."
On the occasion, he also wished for the progress and prosperity of all Nepalis. He further reminded that Tihar not only emboldens ties between sisters and brothers but also contributes to better relations in the society.
