BIRATNAGAR, June 9 : Prime Minister KP Oli is scheduled to address the Province No 1 State Assembly today at 11 pm today, as shared by Province 1 State Assembly speaker Pradip Kumar Bhandari. All the preparations have been completed for the PM's address, speaker Bhandari said. 

Before this, PM Oli has addressed to the state assemblies of Province 3 and Province 5. The Province 1 state assembly members are excited as the Prime Minister is addressing the state assembly for the first time.
