KATHMANDU, July 3: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is expected to visit the United States in the near future. Spokesperson for the MoFA Sewa Lamsal said at a press conference on Sunday that discussions are going on about PM Deuba’s visit to the United States.
Responding to a query from journalists, Spokersperson Lamsal said that Prime Minister Deuba's visit was expected, adding that the date would be announced once everything is ready and the media would be informed about it in due course. She added that, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Narayan Khadka will be visiting China soon.
Costs of conflict
Lamsal said, “Prime Minister Deuba is expected to visit the United States. There is a certain process of sending and expecting the invitation. The date will be announced as soon as everything is ready.”
