According to the prime minister´s press advisor Bishnu Rijal, UML Chairman Jhala Nath Khanal, leaders KP Oli, Bharat Mohan Adhikari and Defense Minister Bidya Bhandari, among others, have been attending the meeting.
"The prime minister called the meeting to discuss ways to find an amicable solution to the ongoing political deadlock and the party´s future strategy," Rijal told Republica.
Earlier, the prime minister had conferred with foreign diplomats and other party leaders.
