KATHMANDU, March 21: Prime Minister KP Oli, Chief Ministers of all seven provinces, secretaries and chief attorneys has started the discussion at the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar today.
It is expected that Oli will seek to understand the problems and challenges of provincial governments and their suggestion to resolve those problems from the discussion.

Due to lack of clarity, provincial governments are in a fix over formulating laws and expediting works that are supposed to be carried out by the provincial governments.
On Sunday, Oli had held a meeting with ministers and secretaries and instructed them to work actively in the service of the public leaving behind the typical way of the general administration.
