KATHMANDU, May 7: Kathmandu looks amazingly beautiful these days. Not only because of the clear atmosphere due to the declining pollution amid the ongoing lockdown imposed to curb COVID-19, but also due to the jacarandas full of blossoms.
The sight of lavender-ish flowers whirling in the wind and landing on the street is just amazing. With very few vehicles plying on, Kathmandu streets have turned purple.
Amid the heightened fear of novel coronavirus in Nepal, jacarandas, to some extent, soothe human hearts.
