KATHMANDU, Nov 2: People have observed the most important day of Chhath festival on Saturday. They thronged nearby rivers, lakes and ponds to offer "Argha" (curd) to the Sun God.
In addition to Terai, people also celebrated Chhath in Kathmandu. People thronged different ponds and rivers here. Here are some of the shots taken at Naagpokhari and Guheshwori in the capital earlier this evening.
