Petrol bombs hurled at cops in Janakpur

JANAKPURDHAM (Dhanusa), Dec 29: Janaki Temple area in Janakpur, Dhanusa remained tense throughout the day on Tuesday following a clash between protesters and police.

The clash ensued after the agitators staging demonstrations in the area against the constitution hurled petrol bombs at local police post, police said.

The area remained tense for the past three days due to clashes between the protesters and police. At least 22 agitators were hurt in a clash with police at the area on Monday alone. RSS
