The deceased has been identified as a local 39-year-old Gajendra Bhandari. A bus (Na 4 Kha 436 ) bound to Kathmandu from Mahendranagar hit Bhandari, leaving him seriously injured.[break]
He died on way to the hospital for treatment. Following the accident, police have arrested the driver and impounded the vehicle.
