SURKHET, June 15: A person has died after being hit by a motorcycle, which was en route to Aathbiskot in Rukum West from Kalimati of Nalgad Municipality in Jajarkot.
The deceased has been identified as 65-year-old Kailo Bishakarma of Aathbiskot-11 in Rukum West. A motorcycle (Ka. Pra. 02001 Pa 6556) driven by Narayan Singh of Barekot Rural Municipality-8 hit Bishwakarma in Chamekhet, Nalgad-7 on Sunday morning.

Bishwakarma, who was injured in the accident, died during treatment at the Mission Hospital in Chaurjahari, Rukum West, said Assistant Sub-Inspector Yamraj Rokaya of the Area Police Office (APO), Dalli.
The police have taken Singh into custody for necessary action.
