‘Peace’ represents Nepal in Russia

KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Students of Kantipur Film Academy are represented Nepal in Jhawan two three theater festival held on February 12 at Red House Theater, Novosibirsak, Russia.

KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Students of Kantipur Film Academy are represented Nepal in Jhawan two three theater festival held on February 12 at Red House Theater, Novosibirsak, Russia. According to the press statement released by Kantipur Film Academy at the theater festival around 46 dramas were performed and the drama ‘Peace’directed by Roshan Raut was performed representing Nepal.

The 23 minutes drama ‘Peace’ was performed that depicted the story of Nepal during insurgency period. The lead roles were played by Sanjog Rasaili and Mohan Jaisi. The press statement stated that Nepal’s participation in the theater festival will certainly help boost theater scenes in both the countries.
