Russian Centre of Science and Culture, Nepal Russia Art Club, and Universal and New Summit College jointly organized an art exhibition “Russia through the eyes of Nepal” on the occasion marking 62 years of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Nepal and Russia at Russian Centre of Science and Culture, Kamal Pokhari.
The exhibition that kicked off on Tuesday was inaugurated by Krishna Manandhar, Campus Chief at Lalit Kala Campus, by lighting the traditional Nepali Lamp.

Likewise, Yuliya Androsova, Director of Russian Centre of Science and Culture delivered welcome speech while Sushma Rajbhandari, academician/handicraft chief at Nepal Academy of Fine Arts and the President of Nepal Russia Art Club, Coordinator of Fine Arts of Universal and New Summit College delivered information about the exhibition stated the press statement issued by the college.
Altogether, 40 paintings depicting the landscapes of Russia and Nepal have been put on display. The paintings were created by the students of grade XI and XII of Universal and New Summit College as per the press statement.
The exhibition continues till Monday.
