KATHMANDU, Jan 9: PC Fighters Cricket Club has clinched the title of the 2nd Ambassador of Pakistan T-20 Cricket Tournament on Saturday defeating Great Himalayan Cricket Academy (GHCA) by five wickets in the final.
Batting first, GHCA made 133 runs in 20 overs while PC Fighters met the target in just 16.3 overs losing five wickets in the event held in the capital. Binod Khadka of GHCA was named the man-of-the-match in the final.
Similarly, Umesh Chand was given best batsman award in the tournament which saw participation of eight teams.
Likewise, Basanta Khatri of GHCA was given the best bowler award. Minister for Youth and Sports Daljit Sripali distributed the prizes to the winners. The three-day event was organized by the Embassy of Pakistan.
