KATHMANDU, Sept 24: The political parties have prepared a draft of the ToR (Terms of Reference) of the High Level Probe Commission to be formed to investigate gold smuggling. Following discussions with the CPN-UML, the commission is set to be formed today itself.
After the CPN-UML's disruption of parliament over gold smuggling allegations related to vape and brake shoes, the parties had reached an agreement to form a high-level probe commission by September 22. But the formation of the commission was delayed due to the lack of agreement between the parties regarding the ToR of the commission.
