Paras-Rubel case to conclude

CHITWAN, March 16: A case of firing related to former prince Paras Shah and Bangladeshi national Rubel Chaudhary is to be settled on Wednesday.



A case was filed against Shah for opening fire at Chaudhari in Tiger Tops Hotel on December 11, 2010. [break]



Shah was arrested on December 14 and freed on bail Rs. 10,000 and date.



Advocate Ganesh KC is leaving for Chitwan to receive the date of case, according to Shah-close source.



If Paras got clearance on Wednesday, the bail amount of Rs 10,000 will be returned and if he is proved guilty, the amount will be ceased.



Chief District Officer (CDO) can go to file appeal with motive if it is deemed that Paras should be punished more, according to District Attorney Gita Bhakta Timilsina.
