PAPAD to organize mass demonstration

KATHMANDU, Dec 26: A meeting of Professional Alliance for Peace and Democracy (PAPAD) held at the central office of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) decided to organize a mass demonstration this week in Kathmandu.



The meeting that concluded Friday afternoon decided to demonstrate against the attack on media for safeguarding press freedom and civil rights in the society.



PAPAD is a professional alliance of doctors, engineers, lawyers, journalists, school teachers and university teachers.
