Panchakanya Group under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program completed plumbing training on Thursday that began on May 17. According to the press statement released by Panchakanya Group, the training conducted around a month had total 57 participants and two of them were women.
It added that it probably is the first time in Nepal where the private company has initiated vocational training on plumbing having women participants. The training commenced under renown Japanese company SEKISUI where professional trainers from India's Starline Company gave international level plumbing training to the participants.
Panchakanya gives advanced plumbing training to 175 youth
The training aimed at giving skill to the youths so that they could generate income within the country utilizing their skills as per the press statement. The training was free of cost where the participants also received required tool-kit for plumbing.
It further stated that the company will promote the participants through internet circulating their bio-data and has facilitated them with certificates. Moreover, under the company's CSR program the company is going to organize similar kind of training in eastern and western Nepal as per the press statement.
