On Tuesday, Indian Air Force (IAF) jets crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and destroyed terror camps in Pakistan, sources said. The air strike was carried out in Balakote sector at 3.30 am. It is believed IAF used laser-guided bombs in the air strike that lasted for 21 minutes.

Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad terror launch pads across the LOC were completely destroyed in the IAF air strikes. Jaish control rooms were also destroyed during the air strike.

Sources have said that the Indian intelligence agencies were monitoring as many as 13 launch pads for the last few days. These caps include the one destroyed by the Indian Air Force (IAF) in Balakot.
