RAJBIRAJ, April 27: The padlocks slapped at the offices of municipalities and rural municipalities in Saptari by United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) for indefinite period have been lifted on Wednesday.
Rastriya Janata Party (RJP) leader Gajendra Mandal (Anurag) informed that the padlocks were removed from the offices after the agenda of local level restructuring was brought to further discussion.

The UDMF had locked up all municipalities, rural municipalities and district coordination committee under the local levels of Saptari for indefinite period since around one-and-a-half-month back.
