Overloaded jeep crashes in Beni, 15 injured

The jeep with the registration number Ga 2 Cha 5930 was coming from Raghuganga Rural Municipality–8 to Beni when its brakes failed, causing it to fall about 100 meters off the road, according to Myagdi police.

KATHMANDU, Oct 8: Fifteen people were injured when a Bolero jeep met with an accident in Myagdi. The accident occurred in Tusarepani of Beni Municipality–9 involving a jeep carrying more passengers than its capacity.



The jeep with the registration number Ga 2 Cha 5930 was coming from Raghuganga Rural Municipality–8 to Beni when its brakes failed, causing it to fall about 100 meters off the road, according to Myagdi police.

All the injured have been taken to the Provincial Hospital in Beni for treatment.
