KATHMANDU, July 4: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) has expressed concerns over the delay in the reconstruction of Kathmandu Valley roadways which were dug out for installing water pipes by the Melamchi drinking water project.

Various sections of roadway in the Capital are left unrepaired for long causing inconvenience to the people's and vehicular movements, the OPMCM said, directing the bodies concerned to immediately do the needful to resolve the problem.

A team from the OPMCM Saturday inspected Sinamangal and Battisputali–Dilllibazar-Ratnapark road sections and urged the bodies concerned to complete the maintenance on time, according to OPMCM Secretary Shanta Raj Subedi. RSS
