One killed in clash

LAHAN, Nov 15: A man was killed in a clash that occurred while an elders´ meeting (Panchayat) was sitting to resolve a month-old dispute in Padariya village of Siraha on Saturday. Bijaya Chaudhary, 30, was killed in the clash, police said.

Police could not divulge the nature of the dispute as villagers kept it a secret and tried to resolve it themselves through village Panchayat.
