TANAHU, Sept 14: A person was killed and five others were injuried when a bus carrying followers of a marriage procession lost control at Myagde ruralmunicipality-3, Naya Bazaar of Tanahun. The bus was enroute to Pokhara from Chitwan.

The deceased has been identified as Sandesh Khadka (17). He died while undergoing treatment at Fishtail Hospital, District Police Office (DPO), Tanahu said.
Saroj Thapa (23) of Bharatpur metropolitan city is critically injured. Likewise, Shanti Gurung (28), Ganga Thapa (21), Naramaya Thapa (43) and Durga Pun (55) of Gaidakot Municipality, Nawalparasi are among those injured. All of them are undergoing treatment at the Gandaki Hospital, Pokhara informed DPO of Tanahu.
