KATHMANDU, June 1: One person died and eight others were injured in a jeep accident that took place in KI Singh Rural Municipality-5, Doti, this morning.
According to the Doti District Police Office, the jeep (Sudurpaschim Province 01001 Ja 1464) was en route to Dipayal from Gaguda in Bogatan-Phudsil when it met with the accident.

Min Bam, 42, of Gaguda in Bogtan Phudsil Rural Municipality–6, died in the accident. He was critically injured in the accident and was pronounced dead by doctors upon arrival at Shaileshwori Hospital in Dipayal.
According to police, eight others, including the driver of the jeep, are undergoing treatment at Shaileshwori Hospital. Among the injured, one is in critical condition, five are in moderate condition and two have sustained minor injuries.
