KATHMANDU, June 8: One person was arrested for allegedly appearing in the EPS-KLT (Employment Permit System) test in Kathmandu on Saturday morning.
According to Spokesperson at Metropolitan Crime Division, Superintendent of Police (SP) Kedar Dhakal, Bibek Dahal was found to have appeared in the test instead of Bikram Dahal.
