Man electrocuted
BAGLUNG, Oct 3: A man died of eletrocution while trying to fix a water supply meter on Sunday. The man has been identified as 33-year-old Milan Thapa, a resident of Jhapa who lived in Baglung Bazaar. Thapa got electrocuted while setting up the meter at the residence of one Resham Bahadur KC. Thapa worked as an electrician.
Kid drowns to death
BARDIYA, Oct 3: A three-year-old drowned to death in a canal built as part of Babai Irrigation Project on Saturday. The dead has been identified as Nishedh Tharu, a resident of Dhadhbar VDC. The boy was found dead in the canal, according to Inspector Basudev Khatiwada.
