Radhe Yadav of Aurahi-5 was killed when the truck (Na 3 Kha 6609) coming from the opposite direction hit his cycle along the Jaleshwar-Bardibas road section in Mahottari. Pillion rider Shailendra Yadav, who was injured in the accident, is undergoing treatment at Jaleshwar Hospital.
Irate locals have obstructed the road after the accident and staged a sit-in demanding compensation to the victim’s family, treatment to the injured and action against the guilty. Area Police Office Aurahi have taken the truck and its driver in control.
