Oli presented the claim in his political dossier presented at the Central Committee meeting of the party on Sunday.
The apex court on June 19 ordered the government, the Constituent Assembly (CA) and concerned political parties not to implement the political deal.
“The court has extended its support to the constitution writing process by presenting its view on the preliminary draft of the statute readied as per the accord,” Oli has mentioned in the dossier, “There is need to promulgate the constitution to incorporate and implement suggestions forwarded by the SC.”
In his report, Chairman Oli has made a stern comment on the interim order by the court.
“We do respect freedom and role of judiciary. But, we can’t agree on constricting sovereignty of CA and mandate of People’s Movement,” the document states.
