JAJARKOT, Dec 7: Normal life of remote part of Jajarkot has been affected due to heavy snowfall that occurred in the northern part of the district on Sunday evening.
Kushe rural municipality, Warekot rural municipality, Junichande rural municipality have received of around one feet-high snowfall, hitting daily lives of locals, especially the elderly, children and the poor. The schools have remained closed due to snowfall.

The human settlements and high hills and mountains nearby have been covered with snow while the cattle have been forced to remain inside.
Similarly, Paink, Panchkatiya, Samaila, Ramidanda, Rokayagaun, Nayakwada and Ward No. 1 and 2 have received the highest amount of snowfall, Dilli Bahadur Thapa, a local, told Republica Online.
