KATHMANDU, August 23: Nepal Oil Corporation(NOC) has hiked the prices of petroleum products.
The state-owned company has increased the prices of diesel, petrol and kerosene by Rs 2 per liter effective from 12 pm Monday. With this, the price of diesel and kerosene has reached Rs 113 per litre while petrol per liter will now cost Rs130.
Similarly, the aviation fuel (domestic) has reached Rs 86. Similarly, the NOC has increased the price of aviation fuel (international) by $16 per kiloliter. With this, the price per kiloliter aviation fuel has reached $770.
According to the NOC, the price of LPG gas cylinders has been increased by Rs 25 per cylinder. With this, the price of per cylinder has reached Rs 1450. This is the price determined by the NOC for Kathmandu Valley.
