KATHMANDU, July 18: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Bhim Rawal has stated that there was no possibility for the formation of new government at this juncture of time when the country is reeling under transitional time.

At a program organized by the Reporters Club here today, DPM Rawal assured that the incumbent government would face the vote of no confidence in the parliament and follow the path shown by the new constitution.

Pointing out the need of consensus among the political parties for amending the new national statute and forming new government, Rawal was hopeful that the role of the major three political parties would be crucial for bringing new constitution into effect.

He was of the opinion that the various domestic and external forces have influenced the alliance of the incumbent government to weaken the national sovereignty.

The DPM shared that the issues such as Financial Bill that he claimed that the Speaker of House was not paying due attention would be brought to deliberation in the parliament.

Rawal was quick to remind that the incumbent government was successful to lift the border blockade that was imposed during the leadership of late Sushil Koirala. RSS
