TULSIPUR, April 26: Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City has made identity cards mandatory for the sale and distribution of agricultural products. Mandatory identity cards are going to be distributed for the marketing of locally-produced agricultural products.

Dhanraj Gautam, head of the Agriculture Division of the sub-metropolitan city, said that this work has been carried forward in accordance with the goal of selling and distributing local products. "Currently, the market is dominated by vegetables from India and traders from outside," he said, "Because of this, local products have not been able to find the market. Keeping this in mind, we have implemented the identity card system."
