Speaking at a party program at his residence, Maharajgunj today, President Koirala urged the people to be confident on the November 19 election.
"The Nepali people have wholeheartedly welcomed the election, the Election Commission is working as per the election calendar and the government is also coming up with its full commitment for the successful election time and again," he added.
