Chitwan, March 9: Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said that the atmosphere conducive to the May 14 local elections was yet to be prepared.

Speaking at a programme here on Wednesday, he said the atmosphere for elections would not be ready unless the Madhesh problem was addressed. It is however the responsibility of all political parties to work towards that end.
Leader Poudel also stressed on the need for an agreement between the three major parties and the Madhesi front on the system and not for power. RSS
