Newly-elected MPs of NC to meet today at Baluwatar

KATHMANDU, Dec 17: Prime Minister and President of Nepali Congress (NC) Sher Bahadur Deuba has invited all the newly-elected MPs of the party for a meeting today.

KATHMANDU, Dec 17: Prime Minister and President of Nepali Congress (NC) Sher Bahadur Deuba has invited all the newly-elected MPs of the party for a meeting today. 


NC President has invited all the newly-elected MPs of the party for a meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar at 3:00 pm, according to the Prime Minister's Chief Personal Secretary Bhanu Deuba.

It may be noted that the ruling NC emerged as the largest party in the Federal Parliament after winning a total of 89 seats including 57 FPTP seats and 32 PR seats in the House of Representatives in the November 20 general elections.


As the largest party, NC President Deuba is working to form a new government with the support of ruling alliance partners and other fringe parties under his leadership.
