Talking briefly to media persons at Urlabari in Morang Monday, leader Pun said a national unity government would be formed within mid-August after the promulgation of the new constitution.
Stating that the constitution writing process has reached final phase, he said that four major political parties are active in constitution writing process as per the 16-point pact.
The former Finance Minister said the High-Level Reconstruction Authority formed under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Sushil Koirala was immature.
Pun today itself visited the under construction Round About at Urlabari Chowk and monitored embankment construction at Mawa rivulet, Urlabari. RSS
