KATHMANDU, Dec 25: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal shared a photo on social media Sunday afternoon saying that 'a new journey has started from Balkot'.

It may be noted that CPN Maoist Centre Chairman Dahal walked out of the meeting of the ruling alliance in Baluwatar earlier today after the Nepali Congress refused to let him take charge of the government as the new prime minister for the first half of the five-year term of the new government.
After the ruling parties failed to reach an agreement, Maoist Centre joined discussion at UML Chairman KP Oli’s residence in Balkot.
The meeting was also attended by leaders of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Janata Samajwadi Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party and Janmat Party to form a new government.
