He said this Sunday while speaking at a greeting exchange program organized on the occasion of Deepawali by CPN-UML Balkot village committee, Bhaktapur.
Oli, however, added that for this, all parties should adopt the reconciliation policy. Some conflicting parties have already joined the peace process and the others who are still out of the process should also join it, said Oli.
He further stressed that all people should have access to all state mechanisms, they should be provided with security and government facilities, the nation should be free from the culture of discrimination and no one´s rights should be snatched while restructuring the state.
The program was chaired by the committee chairperson Juna Basnet.
