All of the groups that participated in the trading on Thursday witnessed drops in their sub-indices with Hydro Power groups becoming the biggest loser. [break]
Banking, the key trading group in the country´s capital market, also lost by 7.79 points to finish at 379.23 points.
Similarly, Development Bank and Hydro Power groups saw their indices slip by 3.84 points and 16.8 points to settle at 400.17 points and 687.88 points respectively.
Sub-indices of Finance, Insurance and Others groups also tumbled by 0.03 points, 4.08 points and 3.52 points to 377.01 points, 482.93 points and 516.99 points respectively.
Total turnover reached Rs 47.6 million on Thursday with 106, 305 units of shares and 70 scrips being traded through 1,180 transactions. Total market capitalization, which calculates the total worth of listed shares, reached Rs 338.78 billion.
