KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Head coach of the senior Nepali national football team Matt Ross has resigned from his position.
According to sources, he has submitted his resignation letter to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA). However, the reason behind his resignation has not yet been disclosed.

Australian-born Ross took charge of the national team last March, signing a one-year contract. He has over 20 years of coaching experience with different teams in Australia, Sweden, Germany, the Middle East and Korea.
With his resignation, ANFA is now expected to take responsibility for deciding the team’s future leadership and upcoming matches.
