Tokyo, June 21: Nepalis residing in Japan have contributed over Rs 1.1 million to the Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation, a charity focused on rebuilding villages flattened by last year's earthquake.
The assistance will be spent in building an integrated model settlement at Giranchaur of Sindhupalchowk, one of the 14 districts worst hit by the disaster.
The aid was provided to the Foundation organizationally and individually, according to Shiba Kumar Tandukar, coordinator of the Integrated Model Residence Contribution Campaign. RSS
