Addressing the concluding ceremony, Nepali Congress leader Sher Bahadur Deuba said that the upcoming election was not for forming the new government but for drafting a democratic constitution and the democratic forces should be victorious. [break]
He claimed that the NC would be victorious if cadres reach the people´s doorsteps by being united and winning the people´s trust.
Similarly, NC Vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel said that election would be held irrespective of CPN-Maoist joining or boycotting the election.
Poudel claimed that casting vote for the NC was strengthening the democracy.
On the occasion, General Secretary duo Prakash Man Singh and Krishna Prasad Sitaula urged the successful participants of the TOT to generate a wave in favor of party in the upcoming CA election.
As many as 300 representatives from all the 75 districts attended the ToT programme.
