KATHMANDU, July 23: Nepali Congress Central Committee meeting was put off for Sunday after State Restructuring Recommendation Committee presented a proposal for the federal structure of New Nepal.

The meeting was called off to give time for the members to study the proposal of the committee headed by Gopal Man Shrestha.
Senior leader Narahari Acharya has also put forward a separate proposal for the federal structure along with 25 Constituent Assembly members while Govinda Raj Joshi has also put forward a different proposal.
