KATHMANDU, July 22: Nepal's national cricket team is planning to play practice matches against local clubs in Scotland before the ICC World Cricket League Championship.

Nepal is slated to play two list A matches (50 overs) against Scotland land on July 29 and 31 in the first round of the Championship. Nepal's coach Pubudu Dassanayake informed that Nepal is trying to arrange matches against local clubs of Scotland.
"We are trying to play couple of games in Scotland against local clubs," said Dassanayake. He also informed that Mahesh Chhetri and Prithu Baskota will join Nepal team. Currently Nepali team is in another Scottish city of Glasgow after early exit from the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers.
