KATHMANDU, April 18: Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that since the contract period with the companies that had taken the service in the past has expired, it will not have any relation with them.
This information was released by NT when the people related to the previous service provider company are currently on sit-in outside the premises of the company with various demands. NT has said that the liability with any service provider company will automatically end after the contract period expires.
It has also urged the general public not to get confused as they can enter into agreements with other companies as per the law to carry out service delivery related activities such as service expansion and maintenance.
Nepal Telecom has also mentioned that since the contract period with the previous service provider company has expired, it is providing service through another service provider company on the basis of competition.
